Time Management

Time management training typically starts by setting goals. Participants record these goals and may break them down into a project, an action plan, or a simple task list. They then rate activities based on urgency and importance, assign priorities, and set deadlines. This process generates a plan containing a task list or calendar of activities. Routine and recurring tasks often receive less attention to allocate more time for tasks contributing to significant goals.

About Programme

This entire process is supported by a skill set that should include personal motivation, delegation skills, organization tools, and crisis management. We’ll cover all this and more during this workshop.
