Fyzer is the proud mother of 4 young adults, which she believes is her most significant achievement in life. Her passion drives her to help others grow and develop in all areas of their lives, and she embarked on a life coaching journey since receiving her certification 11 years ago.

She has over 20 years of work experience in the Unit trust investment industry in Management and consultancy, working for various organisations. In 2014 she decided to journey on a new path in her career and life and became an accredited facilitator, Assessor, and workplace coach. She has since consulted and worked on various corporate projects, including learnerships and youth development programs.  With all her work experience, skillset, and passion, she offers her delegates a meaningful journey in her facilitation programs.
