As an Occupational Therapist, Elmari has a passion for equipping people to live meaningful lives. She believes in the ability of a person to change. She is motivated to add value by enhancing a person’s overall well-being in order to reach their highest level of occupational performance. Following a holistic approach, she understands the inter-relations between the different domains in life and how they influence one another.  Elmari obtained her degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Stellenbosch in 2005. She has extensive experience in the education system and worked at various ELSEN, public and private schools throughout her career. Since 2018 she has been working as a clinical supervisor for Occupational Therapy students on the clinical platform for the University of Stellenbosch, specifically in the area of work habilitation. It was a natural progression in her career to also extend her expertise in communication, social and interpersonal skills to that of facilitating change on the corporate platform.
