Chané is a qualified Industrial Psychologist with a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. From a young age, she has been interested in equipping and assisting people in discovering new possibilities and abilities and thus pursued a career to do this. She holds a BCom Industrial Psychology degree as well as an Honors Degree in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University. She is currently studying towards a MTh degree at Stellenbosch University.Her passions are Equipping, Growing and Making an impact. Her role as facilitator at Growth Factor Consultants allows her to live out this passion every time she facilitates training.
