Ané Carelsen has been working in the fields of training, development, psycho-social therapy, and group facilitation for more than 27 years. She obtained her BA Social Work Honours Degree Cum Laude in 1992 at UP. In 1990 Ané also obtained her Licentiate in Speech & Drama from the Academy for Drama Art. She is also an accredited Assessor and Moderator, as well as a Meta NLP Practitioner. Ané is registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
She specialised for several years in the field of addiction and as a facilitator of Life Enrichment Programmes. Ané spent several years as a consultant and facilitator in the corporate arena as “Life Skills Manager”, where she gained extensive practical experience in the field of development and facilitation of organisational- and human development interventions.
Ané’s passion is to make a difference. She believes in identifying the potential of people to grow and empowering them so that they can strive to reach their full potential. She is an enthusiastic, committed, creative, highly organised person that can connect easily with a wide variety of people.
